Shulchan Aruch Code of Jewish law

The Shulchan Aruch (Code of Jewish Law) literally means “a set table” for it indeed sets the table for Jewish life. The Code deals with every aspect of life—from the mundane details of daily life to the holiness of Shabbat and the holidays. This study group will focus on the practical applications of the Code of Jewish Law (Halacha) as it pertains to our daily lives.

Spanning a wide range of subjects, the Manalapan Torah Study Center offers participants the opportunity to learn Talmud, Halacha, Parsha, and Chassidus/Kabbalah or your choice of topic. The Study Center is designed to appeal to people at all levels of Jewish knowledge, including those without any prior experience or background in Jewish learning.

Style: Students learn in chavruta (a single study partner) style with a Yeshiva student or Rabbi

The Mishnah Project
A Personalized Mishnah for Every Neshama

"The Mishnah Project", a new course offered by the Chabad House, serves as an important and meaningful resource at a momentous time. We have developed a beautiful way for a child to connect with a parent who has recently passed away.
We put together a booklet of the Mishnayot starting with the letters of the parents' Hebrew name, which we then learn together as a class in their memory.

It’s Never Been Easier To Do A Mitzvah

Every Friday morning, carloads of rabbinic students from Chabad of Western Monmouth County hit the shopping plazas along Route 9 in Manalapan, Marlboro, and Freehold. Just as the merchants dive into their workday, the young men make their entrance, offering challah and a chance to put on Tefillin and discuss the Torah portion of the week.
